These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Eleven Enterprise. By using this site, booking a reading, or placing an order, you agree to them.

Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that's older, to book a reading, place an order, or create an account, you're entering into a contract with us and need the legal capacity to do that.

Readings and guidance are not professional advice

Tarot readings and guidance sessions offered here are for reflection, entertainment, and personal insight. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Please don't make major medical, legal, or financial decisions based solely on a reading, and please seek a qualified professional for anything in those areas.

Bookings

A booking request isn't confirmed until we email you to confirm it. This is a personal service, and we check availability with you directly rather than confirming instantly. You can cancel or reschedule a booking at any time before your session from your booking confirmation page. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more.

Orders

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include no hidden fees beyond what's shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Paystack. We reserve items in your cart for a short window while you complete payment; if payment isn't completed in that window, the reservation is released.

Ongoing guidance (subscriptions)

Ongoing guidance is a recurring monthly subscription set up after we've spoken with you directly. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription page, which hands off to Paystack's secure management page for card updates and cancellation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eleven Enterprise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
